Definitions
Seller means Wildcard Silks and the company’s web site: wildcardsilks.com
Customer means the person or company to whom this document is addressed.
1. General
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred to as Wildcard silks to the buyer hereafter referred as the Customer.
2. Price
2.1. All prices are quoted in British Sterling both Net and inclusive of VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified.
2.2. Prices are inclusive of postage and packing worldwide.
3. Payment
Payments are made in British Sterling by one of the following payment methods; Major credit cards as listed: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Cirrus, Maestro, Visa Electron & American Express & Amazon.
Payment is taken at when the order is placed. All orders are subject to security checks to protect our customers. You may be contacted by our customer care team to confirm payment details.
3.1. Sales contract - As per the Consumer Contract Regulations (2013) Wildcard Silks is under a legal duty to supply goods that are in conformity to the contract. Wildcard Silks reserves the right to cancel any order up to the point of delivery.
4. Passing of property
Wildcard Silks shall retain the property of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and has been received.
5. Passing of risk
The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery, as defined in clause 6.3 below.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery dates - Any date provided for delivery should be considered as indicative, it is our policy to dispatch all orders placed by 4 p.m. U.K. on the same day, but this cannot be absolutely guaranteed. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you as soon as possible, we will inform you via email in the unlikely event of any delay. Wildcard Silks cannot be held responsible for delays to deliveries caused by couriers or any other third party.
When placing your order you should receive an automatic order confirmation email. Unless explicitly requested all our communication with you will normally be made through email, it is therefore imperative that you correctly state your email address when ordering.
6.2. Shipping - We deliver anywhere worldwide. Orders will be shipped via Courier or Royal Mail, Orders delivered to addresses outside the U.K. normally arrive within 2-14 days, but can occasionally take longer if delayed by customs. Delivery performance during busy times, such as Christmas, may be slightly lower, but Wildcard Silks endeavour at all times to meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.
6.3. Passing of risk - Where the goods are signed for, the customer bears the risk once the goods are signed for. If a customer believes that a parcel has been tampered with, it is their responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods.
In the event of a damaged or lost parcel, Wildcard Silks will forward a claim to the appropriate courier on the behalf of the customer. Wildcard Silks will liaise with the customer to replace or trace the missing item(s).
Failure to give accurate information while making a claim may lead to a prosecution from the courier company.
7. Acceptance
The Customer will inspect the goods within a reasonable time after receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods if we have not been informed by email or letter of the desire to cancel within 14 days of receipt, or if cancellation notification is not received (see Cancellations section below for more information), the goods have not been returned to us within 21 days of receipt. If no such action is taken, Wildcard Silks will assume that the goods have been accepted as suitable and as described. At Wildcard Silks’ own discretion, returns for exchange/store credit will be considered after the expiry of these deadlines
8. Returns proceedure
If the goods are to be rejected in the time limit set in clause 7 above, the Customer shall comply with the return procedure as defined in our returns policy.
9. Cancellations made under the consumer contracts regulations (2013)
9.1. Customers wishing to exercise their right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (CCR’s) must do so within 14 days of the receipt of their order. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day the order is delivered. The Customer can inform us of their wish to cancel their order under the CCR’s by using one of the methods shown below.
9.2. Returns made under the CCR’s are at the customer’s own cost and should be posted to the address under 8.2.
Goods should be sent back to us without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your wish to cancel. Returns inside the UK are free of charge only where the right to cancel under the CCR’s is not exercised. In all other cases the Customer must return the goods at their own cost.
9.3. If you cancel this contract under the CCR’s we will reimburse all payments received, except for premium delivery charges where they were selected at checkout.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling, e.g.’s if clothing or footwear has been worn other than to try for size, items are soiled or where underwear/swimwear has been worn under any circumstances.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive back from you any goods supplied, or 14 days after you supply evidence of returning the goods, or if there were no goods supplied; 14 days after the day on which we were informed.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

11. Licence agreement
The Customer shall respect all license agreements delivered by the copyright owners. Wildcardsilks.com cannot be held responsible or liable for any misuses conducted by the Customer or any third party. All trademarks, graphics and pictures shown on wildcardsilks.com belong to their registered owners and must not be copied or reproduced without prior permission.
12. Law
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law. Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception.
