Any used, soiled, worn or excessively handled goods will not be eligible for return.
A receipt of posting should be obtained.
Please allow 28 days for your returned item to be delivered back to us. Return postage will be paid for by the customer.
Returns will be refunded within 14 days of their receipt by Wildcard Silks
In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect in an item, the Customer is entitled to a replacement. The faulty or damaged product may be returned to the manufacturer Wildcard Silks before the replacement can be issued.
